All orders are shipped from our facility in Tampa Florida. At the present time we offer standard shipping only meaning no express options. We use a variety of carriers to ship your order including United States Postal Service, Federal Express and United Postal Service. Use the freight table on this page to get an idea of how much freight will cost.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where return/refunds are not granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 3922 W. Osborne Ave Florida US 33614.
* We only accept item exchange in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for both return and resend shipping cost. The additional payment can make by phone call, or deduct from your refund if there is a price difference available.
Refuse the package still charges the shipping freight by domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Buyers are responsible for the return freight once we received the quote from the carrier.
We suggest you drop off your return at the nearest carrier center and get the receipt of your return freight for future confirmation.
